कहते हैं कि मौत कभी बता कर नहीं आती इसलिए जीवन और मौत के सही समय की पुष्टि करना आसान नहीं होता। लेकिन दुनिया को कूटनीति और अर्थशास्त्र का ज्ञान देने वाले आचार्य चाणक्य ने कुछ ऐसी गूढ़ बातें बताई हैं जो आपकी मौत के बारे में सटीक इशारा कर सकती हैं। आचार्य ने कुछ काम ऐसे बतलाए हैं जिनके करने से आपकी अचानक और जल्द मृत्यु की संभावना तेज हो जाती है। इसलिए उन्होंने बताया कि लोगों को किन कामों को करने से बचना चाहिए।

 राजा और किसी सत्ता से न करें बैर-

आचार्य ने बतलाया है कि बुद्धिमान व्यक्ति राजा या शासन-प्रशासन से कभी भी बैर नहीं करता क्योंकि वह जानता है कि ऐसा करने से उसके प्राण कभी भी संकट में आ सकते हैं। राजा या किसी बड़े अधिकारी का विरोध करना हमारे लिए खतरा पैदा कर देते है ऐसे में हमें इन कामों को करने से बचना चाहिए।

खुद की आत्मा का भी न करें अनादर-

हमें खुद की आत्मा का अनादर नहीं करना चाहिए। आचार्य के कहना था कि जो भी इंसान अपने शरीर का ध्यान नहीं रखता, यानी उसके अच्छे खान-पान और बेहतर सफाई को नजरअंदाज करता है वो व्यक्ति कभी भी मौत के आगोश में जा सकता है। शास्त्रों के अनुसार मनुष्य खुद का सबसे बड़ा मित्र और शत्रु होता है ऐसे में हमें कम से कम खुद के शरीर का ख्याल रखना चाहिए।

अपने से बलवान व्यक्ति से शत्रुता न करें-

लोगों को मित्रता और शत्रुता भी सोच समझकर करनी चाहिए। यानी हमें ध्यान रखना चाहिए कि हम बेवजह किसी बलवान व्यक्ति से न उलझें क्योंकि ऐसा करने से हमारे धन की हानि के साथ साथ जान का खतरा भी बना रहता है। क्योंकि बलवान का यह व्यवहार होता है कि वो अपने से कमजोर लोगों को जल्द ही खत्म कर देता है।

Do You Know About India's Most Wanted?

Terrorism in India is growing day by day and terror attacks take place at regular intervals.

There are several most wanted persons in the list of government, who are fugitives from law after killing innocent people.

Here is a list of  India's 10 most wanted :

1. Dawood Ibrahim Kaskar

One of the most dreaded criminals of the country; he heads the D-company of Mumbai. The 58 year old biggest gangster is the son of a Maharashtra constable. He is accused of 1993 Mumbai serial blasts, the most destructive bomb explosions in Indian history that caused 350 fatalities and 1200 injuries.

He was also involved in 2008 Mumbai terror attacks.

He is also alleged to have close links with the then Al Qaeda chief Osama Bin Laden. He has also been involved in the spot fixing IPL scandal.

Heis also into the businesses of counterfeiting Indian banknotes and drugs and does his best to harm India's security and economic interests.

He has been hiding in Karachi, Pakistan.

2. Syed Salahuddin

The chief of Hizbul Mujahideen, a Kashmiri militant organization, which is Pro Pakistan and aims to unite Kashmir with Pakistan. His organization is alleged to have links with ISI and Pakistan backing.

He has been responsible for frequent terrorist attacks in Jammu and Kashmir.

He is on the most wanted list of NIA.

3. Masood Azhar

He operates Jaish-e-Mohammed, a militant group in Pak Occupied Kashmir.  

He is the terrorist who was  freed by the Indian government in December, 1999 in exchange for passengers on the hijacked Indian Airlines Flight 814 (IC814) that had eventually landed in Kandahar, Afghanistan, then controlled by the Taliban regime.

His terrorist outfit was behind the 2001 Parliament attacks. He is believed to be hiding in Pakistan.

4. Ilyas Kashmiri

Leader of terror outfit Harkat-ul-Jehadi Islami, he is an Al Qaeda operative. He was responsible for German Bakery blast in Pune and 26/11 attack in Mumbai, attack on American Centre in Kolkata in 2002 & blasts in Delhi, Jaipur, Ahmedabad and Bangalore in 2008.

He was reported dead in a US drone strike in 2011 but the report was denied later.

5. Sajid Mir

A Lashkar-e-Tayyeba commander, he came to India in 2005 as a cricket fan. He was preparing for the November 2008 attack in Mumbai.

His undercover visit was the first of a series of surveillance missions before Pakistan American David Headley was used for the recce operations.

Headley reported to Mir. From a safehouse in Karachi, Mir guided the assault team using a voice-over-internet line, personally ordering the execution of several hostages.

According to Western intelligence sources, Mir is being held in a safehouse run by the ISI Directorate, along with a former military officer who travelled with him to New Delhi, Abdur Rehman Hashim.

6. Major Iqbal

Another conspirator of 26/11 attack, he is a major in Pakistani army and ISI officer.

He was the main handler of David Headley who recruited, trained and directed him for his recce activities in India.

India wants their voice samples to prove they were guiding 26/11 attackers on phone.

7. Hafiz Muhammad Saeed

The chief of Lashkar- e- Tayyeba, Jamaat-ud-Dawa, was declared a terrorist outfit by the United Nations in December 2008.

He is accused of masterminding the 26/11 attacks. He openely makes hate speeches against India.

Though he was briefly placed under house arrest, after 26/11, he has stepped up his activities since last year, holding anti-India and anti-US rallies.

8. Chhota Shakeel

Dawood’s close aide, Chhota Shakeel is accused in 1993 Mumbai blasts and attack on Chhota Rajan in Bangkok in Sept 2001.

After Osama bin Laden's was killed, he fled from Pakistan to Saudi Arabia.

9. Zaki-Ur- Rehman Lakhvi

Founder of Lashkar-e-Tayyeba, he along with Hafiz Saeed was among the main planners of the 26/11 attack.

The LeT has carried out dozens of attacks in India and is the most dreaded terror group active in the country.

He is currently in custody in Pakistan for 26/11 strike.

10. Anees Ibrahim

Dawood’s younger brother whom he trusts.

He is an accused in 1993 Mumbai blasts and a co accused in every crime Dawood is accused of.

Whether it is running drugs/fake banknotes operations or extortions, he is the one who makes the arrangements

Not much is heard of him since he was shot at by members of rival gang in Karachi in 2009.

Bharat Ko Greece Shankat Ka Kya Fayada?

ग्रीस संकट और गहराया तो भी भारत को इसके कुछ फायदे हो सकते हैं। खास तौर पर जिस तरह से ग्रीस संकट की वजह से कच्चे तेल (क्रूड) की कीमतों में गिरावट चल रही है वह देश में पेट्रोलियम उत्पादों को और सस्ता कर सकती है। सरकारी आंकड़ों के मुताबिक क्रूड के दाम पिछले तीन हफ्तों में पहली बार 60 डॉलर प्रति बैरल से नीचे आए हैं। इससे देश में पेट्रोल व डीजल की कीमतों में कटौती की उम्मीद बंधी है। इससे महंगाई की दर में और कमी हो सकती है।

अगर ऐसा होता है तो रिजर्व बैंक के लिए आने वाले दिनों में ब्याज दरों में कटौती करना और आसान हो सकता है। कोटक महिंद्रा एमएफ के एमडी निलेश शाह का कहना है कि स्थायी जमा स्कीमों पर भी ग्रीस में उत्पन्न स्थिति का असर पड़ना तय है। हालांकि, अंतिम तौर पर विदेशी संस्थागत निवेशक (एफआईआई) भारत को लेकर क्या फैसला करते हैं, स्थायी जमा स्कीमों पर उससे सबसे ज्यादा असर पड़ेगा। अगर वे भारत से पैसा निकालने का निर्णय लेते हैं तो रिजर्व बैंक स्थिति को संभालने के लिए बाजार में हस्तक्षेप कर सकता है। इससे बांड बाजार की स्थिति मजबूत होगी।

सोमवार को जब ग्रीस संकट के गहराने की बात सामने आई थी, तब शेयर बाजार में तो गिरावट देखी गई थी, मगर बांड बाजार में तेजी का रुख था। मंगलवार को भी बैंकों ने तेजी की उम्मीद में बांड बाजार में खूब खरीदारी की है। पांच वर्ष की मैच्योरिटी वाले बांड से लेकर 15 वर्षों की परिपक्वता अवधि वाले तमाम बांडों पर दरें बढ़ी हैं। दरअसल, स्थायी जमा योजना के वित्तीय उत्पाद अपने कुल फंड का एक अहम हिस्सा बांड बाजार में निवेश करते हैं। बांड पर रिटर्न बढ़ने से इन स्कीमों को भी फायदा होगा।

Kyu Kare AmarNath Yatra?

अमरनाथ यात्रा का जितना पौराणिक महत्व है, उतना ही ऐतिहासिक महत्व भी है। पुराण अनुसार, काशी में शिवलिंग दर्शन और पूजन से दस गुना, प्रयाग से सौ गुना और नैमिषारण्य से हजार गुना पुण्य देने वाले बाबा अमरनाथ के दर्शन हैं।

स्वामी विवेकानंद ने 1898 में 8 अगस्त को अमरनाथ गुफा की यात्रा की थी और बाद में उन्होंने कहा था, 'बर्फ रूप में बने शिवलिंग में भगवान शिव स्वयं हैं। मैंने ऐसी सुन्दर, इतनी प्रेरणादायक कोई चीज नहीं देखी और न ही किसी धार्मिक स्थल का इतना आनंद लिया है।'

अंग्रेज लेखक लारेंस अपनी पुस्तक 'वैली ऑफ कश्मीर' में लिखते हैं, 'पहले मट्टन के कश्मीरी ब्राह्मण अमरनाथ के तीर्थयात्रियों को यात्रा कराते थे। बाद में बटकुट में मलिकों ने यह जिम्मेदारी संभाल ली, क्योंकि मार्ग को बनाए रखना और गाइड के रूप में कार्य करना उनकी जिम्मेदारी थी।
वे ही बीमारों, वृद्धों की सहायता करते और उन्हें अमरनाथ के दर्शन कराते थे। इन्हें मौसम की जानकारी भी होती थी। आज भी चौथाई चढ़ावा इस मुसलमान गडरिये के वंशजों को मिलता है।
इतिहास में उल्लेख मिलता है कि 14वीं शताब्दी के मध्य से लगभग 300 वर्ष की अवधि के लिए अमरनाथ यात्रा बाधित रही। कश्मीर के शासकों में से एक 'जैनुलबुद्दीन' (1420-70 ईस्वी) ने अमरनाथ गुफा की यात्रा की थी।

अमरनाथ गुुफा श्रीनगर से करीब 145 किलोमीटर दूर है। समुद्र तल से यह क्षेत्र 3,978 मीटर की ऊंचाई पर स्थित है। बाबा अमरनाथ की गुफा 150 फीट ऊंची और करीब 90 फीट लंबी है। अमरनाथ यात्रा पर जाने वाले श्रद्धालुओं के लिए यहां पहुचंने के दो रास्ते हैं। एक पहलगाम होकर जाता है और दूसरा सोनमर्ग बालटाल से जाता है।

पहलगाम से अमरनाथ जाने का रास्ता सरल और सुविधाजनक समझा जाता है। बालटाल से अमरनाथ गुफा की दूरी 14 किलोमीटर है, लेकिन यह मार्ग पार करना मुश्किल होता है। इसी वजह से अधिकतर यात्री पहलगाम के रास्ते अमरनाथ जाते हैं।

How To Find Happiness In Your Life

We all want to be happy. But what is happiness? Is it the same for everyone? How do we know if we're happy? And can anyone be happy all of the time? How can we find happiness? These questions come to mind when we speak of life happiness. Our perception of life happiness is as individual as the way we perceive hot or cold. It's sort of the same for all of us, yet it's different too. No two people are exactly alike, so neither can our description of what makes a life happy be the same. 

Happiness is: 
1. Characterized by good luck; fortunate 
2. Enjoying, showing, or marked by pleasure, satisfaction, or joy 

Webster's Dictionary says happiness is: A state of well-being and contentment 

So, if we use these definitions, in order for us to say we are happy we would be fortunate, showing pleasure and feeling content. That makes sense. Most of the people that we think are happy usually show these characteristics, so lets use this definition and go from there. 

Can I have life happiness if I don't think I'm fortunate? Hmmm, that's an interesting question isn't it? Most people are happy when they feel fortunate or blessed by good luck, and most people who feel unfortunate or feel like they have lots of bad luck are unhappy. BUT, perception is everything. A person can break their leg in a skiing accident (bad luck) and still be happy and smiling because they feel blessed and fortunate (probably because they didn't break both legs!). They could be happy because they know they will heal, and because they had such a great time right up until they ran into that tree! Get the picture? 

Or a person could have what most of us would call good fortune and still seem not to have life happiness. There is an art to happiness, and some of us know it and some of us don't, but we all can learn. 

Is life happiness the same for everyone? Probably not, even though the normal signs of happiness listed above in the dictionary definitions probably show up in every person who is happy. Different things make different people happy, so happiness and the pursuit of happiness cannot be the same. For example: I am a quiet type of person who loves to work from home and socializes only once or twice a week. You may be a very gregarious person who works in an office full of people and lunches with a different person each day and goes to a party every Saturday evening. We're both happy, but our lifestyles are very different. Besides that, what you view as something that would produce happiness may not be a priority for me. Maybe it makes you happy to go on wonderful ski vacations twice a year. It might make me happy to go on wonderful vacations in my back yard and to squirrel my money away. Both are fine, and we're both happy.

Alibaba planning to invest in Paytm

Chinese e-commerce giant Alibaba Group Holding Ltd is in advanced talks to invest in Indian online payment platform and e-commerce firm Paytm, two sources with knowledge of the matter said. 

Alibaba's financial arm Ant Financial, which runs the Alipay online payment platform, is already an investor in Paytm's parent, having agreed in February 2015 to buy a 25% stake. 

One source with direct knowledge of the matter said the new deal would see Alibaba directly invest around $600 million for a share in Paytm that could take the Chinese group's total holding to around 40% of the Indian payments firm. 

The fresh investment would value Paytm at around $4 billion. 

The sources declined to be named as negotiations are not public. 

A spokesperson for Alibaba declined to comment on the development. A spokeswoman for Paytm also declined to comment, but said the group regularly engaged with investors on "various funding opportunities".
